Good overall, but it would’ve been great with a better leading lady whose character was more likeable. Kevin James doing the Q-Tip- love it!

After realizing her error in judgment, Sara’s apology to Hitch (Will Smith) was not enough. A character needs to demonstrate his or her new feeling, not just verbalize it. Near the end of The Break-Up, Vince Vaughn got rid of the pool table, prepared a romantic dinner and completed the log at work that his brother had asked for much earlier. He acted based on his new-found unselfishness.

So here, Sara needed to quit her job as proof of her new conviction. Besides, her gossip-columnist work made her a low-life and it reflected poorly on Hitch for liking her.
